For a minimum donation of $10 per card, you can celebrate the people in your life this holiday season! Follow the steps below and then grab a warm cup of hot cocoa and relax knowing your holiday wishes are on their way.
1. Complete the contact information form below and submit your information as well as your recipients’ names and addresses. Or download this excel sheet and upload your list of recipients to the form below.
2. Complete the donation form with a $10 gift for every card you’re sending (5 cards = a $50 donation).
