It’s On Us

Take a Stand! Speak your mind! Do your part! Join Student Life for It’s On Us – Spring 2017 Action Week, and the ClothesLine Project kick off. On April 5, 2017 from 10:30am to 3:30pm stop by the Breezeway at the Northridge Campus to take part in this experience, and create your shirt for the ClothesLine Project. Once all the shirts have been created, stop by our visual display of the Northridge Clothesline Project during the remainder of April in Observance of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The Clothesline Project is a visual display that bears witness to the violence against women. During the display, a clothesline is hung with shirts. Each shirt is decorated to represent an experience by the survivor or an individual that supports the survivor. We will also have community vendors tabling at this event: SAFE’s Austin and Healthy Texas Women Program.
