Co-Chief Program Officer, Community Services
Coni has over 30 years of program management experience in the social services field, including over 25 years at SAFE. In her current position, she oversees SAFE’s Community Services programs, including Expect Respect (a teen dating violence and sexual assault prevention program), Legal Services, Planet SAFE (a supervised visitation and exchange center), Health Services, Forensic Nursing and Sexual Assault Victim Advocacy (a sexual assault response program), Disability Services (awareness & abuse prevention for individuals with disabilities), SAFE Cares (direct care, drop-in services, & 24/7 advocacy for survivors of sex trafficking), Counseling Services and Rapid Rehousing/Supportive Housing (housing assistance & supportive services to increase safety and housing stability of clients fleeing abuse & experiencing homelessness).
She also works as part of the Executive Leadership Team to set agency wide priorities, and serves as an agency representative to multiple task forces & coalitions on related issue areas including interpersonal violence, sexual assault and exploitation, child abuse & homelessness.
